Description

NOW Foods Ultra B-12 Liquid is a pleasant-tasting liquid B-complex built around a high dose of vitamin B-12: 5,000 mcg per teaspoon, in three forms – cyanocobalamin and the coenzyme forms methylcobalamin and dibencozide. It also contains the other B vitamins and 800 mcg of folic acid. The B-12 is not of animal origin, which suits vegetarians and vegans.

Vitamin B-12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal red blood cell formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per teaspoon (5 ml): thiamin (B-1) 3 mg; riboflavin (B-2) 3.4 mg; niacin (as niacinamide) 50 mg; vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg; folate 1,360 mcg DFE (800 mcg folic acid); vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin and dibencozide) 5,000 mcg; biotin 300 mcg; pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate) 50 mg; energy 10 kcal; carbohydrate 3 g.

Other ingredients: deionised water, vegetable glycerin, xylitol, L-malic acid, natural flavours, organic stevia leaf extract, potassium sorbate (preservative), grapefruit fibre, cinnamon bark oil.

Directions

Shake well. Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) in the morning with a meal – hold in the mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Refrigerate after opening.
