Description
NOW Foods C-1000 Complex provides vitamin C as calcium ascorbate – a buffered, non-acidic form that is gentle on the stomach – with 250 mg of citrus bioflavonoids and rutin.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per tablet: vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate) 1,000 mg; calcium (from calcium ascorbate) 100 mg; citrus bioflavonoid complex 250 mg; rutin (Sophora japonica flower bud) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetarian coating, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
