Ingredients

Per softgel: vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 50 mcg (2,000 IU).

Other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), safflower oil.

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
