NOW Foods E-Oil is natural d-alpha tocopherol with mixed tocopherols in organic extra virgin olive oil – a liquid vitamin E measured with a teaspoon.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Per ¼ teaspoon (1.23 ml, 1.05 g): vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol) 58 mg (87 IU); energy 5 kcal.
Other ingredients: organic extra virgin olive oil, mixed tocopherols. Vitamin E from soy (highly refined).
Directions
Adults: ¼ teaspoon 1 to 4 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
