NOW Foods Women's Probiotic combines three clinically studied, DNA-verified strains chosen for women at every stage of life: Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001 and L. acidophilus La-14 – studied for colonising the intimate area when taken orally – and Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, studied for digestive regularity.

Ingredients
Per capsule: blend of live bacteria, 20 billion CFU (231 mg): Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
