Nutrend After Training Protein is a post-workout blend of three whey proteins – hydrolysed whey protein (Hydrovon™), whey protein isolate and ultra-filtered concentrate – with carbohydrates (maltodextrin, dextrose, Palatinose™ and the ModCarb™ gluten-free grain complex), L-glutamine, L-alanine, bovine colostrum, Tolerase® L lactase enzyme, magnesium, potassium, zinc (L-OptiZinc®), vitamins B5, B6 and B12 and a small amount of Ginkgo biloba extract. 41% protein, gluten-free.

Directions
Mix 45 g with 300 ml of water and drink immediately after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
