Nutrend BCAA 4:1:1 Energy Powder is an instant intra-workout drink with 7000 mg of branched-chain amino acids in a leucine-rich 4:1:1 ratio, combined with a blend of caffeine (160 mg), taurine, beta-alanine, L-alanine and glucuronolactone, plus zinc and vitamin B6. Without artificial colours.

Per 12.5 g (raspberry): energy 130 kJ/31 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 0.4 g, of which sugars 0.06 g; fibre 0.4 g; protein 6.5 g; salt 0.25 g; L-leucine 4600 mg; L-isoleucine 1200 mg; L-valine 1200 mg; beta-alanine 1000 mg; L-alanine 750 mg; taurine 1000 mg; glucuronolactone 500 mg; caffeine 160 mg; vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% RI); zinc 5 mg (50% RI).

Ingredients: instant BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), beta-alanine, taurine, L-alanine, acidity regulator citric acid, glucuronolactone, inulin, flavouring, sodium citrate, caffeine, salt, black carrot concentrate, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, zinc gluconate, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Allergens: may contain soy and milk protein.

Directions

Mix 12.5 g (approx. ½ scoop) with 300 ml of water and drink during exercise. Maximum 12.5 g a day. Once opened, store below 25 °C and use within 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
