Description
Nutrend Beta-Alanine Compressed Caps combines the amino acid beta-alanine with L-histidine – the two building blocks of the dipeptide carnosine found in skeletal muscle – plus pantothenic acid (B5) and vitamin B6.
- 1150 mg beta-alanine and 100 mg L-histidine per capsule
- Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per 4 capsules: beta-alanine 4600 mg; L-histidine 400 mg; pantothenic acid 40 mg (667% RI); vitamin B6 10 mg (714% RI).
Ingredients: beta-alanine, gelatine capsule (gelatine, colour iron oxide), L-histidine, magnesium stearate, calcium D-pantothenate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Directions
Adults: 2–4 capsules 60 minutes before exercise, with water. Maximum 4 capsules a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
