Description

Nutrend Creaport is an instant post-workout drink powder combining three forms of creatine (monohydrate, citrate and Kre-Alkalyn®) with carbohydrates, taurine, L-glutamine, BCAA, D-pinitol from carob extract, magnesium (Aquamin), chromium and vitamins B5, B6 and B12. Orange flavour, low in sugar when prepared as directed.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Directions

Mix 30 g (1 scoop) with 150 ml of water. Take once a day after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
