Directions

Mix 5 g (1 level scoop) into a sports drink. Training days: 5 g after training, optionally another 5 g before bedtime. Rest days: 5 g twice a day, the last dose before bedtime. Once opened, store below 25 °C and use within 4 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
