MultiVitamin Compressed Caps

Per capsule: vitamin C 290 mg (363% NRV); niacin 32 mg (200%); vitamin E 24 mg (200%); pantothenic acid 12 mg (200%); vitamin B6 10 mg (714%); thiamine 10 mg (909%); riboflavin 10 mg (714%); vitamin A 1000 µg (125%); vitamin D 10 µg (200%); folic acid 400 µg (200%); biotin 100 µg (200%); vitamin B12 25 µg (1000%); colostrum 400 mg; green tea extract 100 mg (of which EGCG 15 mg); alpha-lipoic acid 10 mg; black pepper extract 1 mg.

Ingredients: colostrum (min. 30% immunoglobulins), L-ascorbic acid, gelatine capsule (gelatine, colour iron oxide), green tea extract (50% polyphenols, 15% EGCG, 8% caffeine), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, magnesium stearate, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, alpha-lipoic acid, retinyl palmitate (contains fish gelatine), anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, cholecalciferol, black pepper extract (95% piperine, BioPerine®), folic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin.

Allergens: milk (colostrum), fish (gelatine carrier of vitamin A).

Adults: 1 capsule in the morning with water (not with milk or alcohol); do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Contains caffeine (8 mg per capsule) and colostrum (milk) – not suitable for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not take on an empty stomach; do not exceed 800 mg EGCG a day from all green tea products. Contains vitamin B6 above 12 mg only in combination with other supplements – do not combine with other B6 products. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
