Ingredients (blackcurrant): L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, inulin, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, creatine citrate, acidity regulator citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, L-tyrosine, L-alanine, glycine, salt, caffeine, ginseng extract (5% ginsenosides), flavouring, beetroot concentrate and spirulina extract, nicotinamide, black carrot concentrate, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine, BioPerine®).

Allergens: may contain soy and milk protein.

Adults up to 75 kg or sensitive users: 8.5 g (¼ scoop or ½ sachet) in 150 ml of water; over 75 kg: 17 g (½ scoop or 1 sachet) in 300 ml of water. Drink 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
