Description

Nutrend Pump is a caffeine-free, sugar-free pre-workout drink powder built around L-citrulline malate (5000 mg) and beta-alanine (3000 mg), with L-tyrosine, choline, taurine, KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract (5% withanolides), Bacopa monnieri extract and BioPerine® black pepper extract, plus vitamins B1, B3, B5 and B12 and sodium. Being stimulant-free, it can also be used for evening training.

Per 15 g (berry splash): L-citrulline malate 5000 mg; beta-alanine 3000 mg; choline 200 mg; L-tyrosine 1000 mg; taurine 256 mg (rainbow: 541 mg); black pepper extract 2 mg; Bacopa monnieri extract 300 mg; ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract 500 mg; thiamine 2.2 mg (200% RI); niacin 32 mg (200%); pantothenic acid 12 mg (200%); vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100%); sodium 200 mg; sugars <0.2 g.

Ingredients (berry splash): L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, thickener glycerol monostearate 13%, L-tyrosine, flavouring, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, choline bitartrate, ashwagandha root extract (KSM-66®, 5% withanolides), sodium citrate, Bacopa monnieri extract, taurine, salt, anti-caking agent calcium phosphate, black carrot concentrate, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine, BioPerine®), cyanocobalamin. Recipes differ slightly by flavour.

Directions

Mix 15 g with 250 ml of water and drink 15–30 minutes before training. Maximum 15 g a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
