Description

Nutrend Regener is a post-exercise recovery drink powder combining maltodextrin and glucose with BCAA, L-glutamine and L-arginine, magnesium, potassium, selenium, vitamins C and E and a small amount of Ginkgo biloba extract.

62 g carbohydrates, 3000 mg BCAA and 2000 mg L-glutamine per 75 g
Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting exercise leading to muscle fatigue (with a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, within 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after the exercise).
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.
Vitamins C and E and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients (red fresh): maltodextrin, glucose, L-glutamine, L-leucine, acidity regulator citric acid, magnesium citrate, potassium gluconate, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-arginine, anti-caking agent calcium phosphate, beetroot concentrate, L-ascorbic acid, flavouring, thickener carrageenan, salt, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, Ginkgo biloba extract (24% flavone glycosides), colour beta-carotene, selenium yeast.

Directions

Mix 75 g with 450 ml of water and drink in portions over 20–30 minutes immediately after exercise, then drink another 200 ml of water. Once opened, store below 25 °C and use within 2 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
