Description

Nutrend VO2 Boost is a tablet for endurance athletes combining L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and L-citrulline malate with microencapsulated iron, Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract (80% gypenosides, known as 'five-leaf ginseng' in traditional Asian use), vitamin C and thiamine. Sugar- and sweetener-free.

2000 mg AAKG and 1000 mg citrulline malate per 4 tablets
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal function of the heart.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Ingredients

Per 4 tablets: AAKG 2000 mg; L-citrulline malate 1000 mg; Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract 100 mg; iron 4.2 mg (30% RI); vitamin C 26.4 mg (33%); thiamine 2.2 mg (200%).

Directions

Exercise up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets about 45 minutes before the start. Longer exercise: 2 tablets 45 minutes before and 2 tablets halfway through. Maximum 4 tablets a day, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
