Description
Nutrend ZMA contains the patented ZMA® formula – magnesium (citrate and oxide), zinc as L-OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate) and zinc aspartate, and vitamin B6 – traditionally taken in the evening.
- 300 mg magnesium, 20 mg zinc and 7 mg vitamin B6 per 2 capsules
- Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal protein synthesis.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: magnesium 300 mg (80% NRV); zinc 20 mg (200% NRV); vitamin B6 7 mg (500% NRV).

Directions
Adults: 1–2 capsules in the evening before bedtime on an empty stomach, with water. Maximum 2 capsules a day. Once opened, store below 25 °C and use within 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
