Per softgel: energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g; CLA active blend 1000 mg (80% conjugated linoleic acid from safflower oil).

Other ingredients: gelatin, purified water, glycerin, caramel colour.

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel in the morning and 1 in the evening, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
