Nutrex Research is a Florida-based sports nutrition brand founded in 2002, best known for the Lipo-6 line. Nutrex Creatine is pure micronised creatine monohydrate – 5 g per scoop with nothing added in the unflavoured version; a flavoured version is also available.
- Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Ingredients
Per scoop (5 g, unflavoured): creatine monohydrate 5 g. Flavoured versions additionally contain citric acid, flavourings, sweetener (sucralose) and colour.
Other ingredients: none (unflavoured).

Directions
Adults: 1 scoop in 250 ml of water or another drink, 1–2 servings a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
