Nutrex Research is a Florida-based sports nutrition brand founded in 2002, best known for the Lipo-6 line. Nutrex OutLift Clinical is a fully disclosed, high-dose pre-workout: 8 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine and 3 g creatine, a complete 6 g EAA complex, 2 g tyrosine, 2 g taurine, 300 mg caffeine plus 80 mg natural caffeine (InnovaTea®) and AstraGin®.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Per scoop (29 g): sodium 51 mg; L-citrulline 8000 mg; beta-alanine 3200 mg; creatine monohydrate 3000 mg; EAA complex – L-leucine 2000 mg, L-isoleucine 1000 mg, L-valine 1000 mg, L-lysine 850 mg, L-threonine 525 mg, L-phenylalanine 350 mg, L-methionine 200 mg, L-histidine 70 mg, L-tryptophan 10 mg; L-tyrosine 2000 mg; taurine 2000 mg; caffeine anhydrous 300 mg; InnovaTea® natural caffeine (Camellia sinensis leaf) 80 mg; AstraGin® 50 mg.

Directions

Adults: assess tolerance with ½ scoop. Then 1 scoop in 250–350 ml of water 30–45 minutes before training. Do not take more than 1 serving in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
