Olimp AAKG Extreme Mega Caps provides L-arginine in the form of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) in large gelatine capsules. L-arginine is an amino acid involved in the body's production of nitric oxide and of creatine.

Per 3 capsules: L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 3750 mg, of which L-arginine 2438 mg.

Directions

Adults: 3 capsules a day – 1 before training, 1 after training and 1 before sleep, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
