Per 2 capsules: taurine 800 mg; beta-alanine 600 mg; caffeine anhydrous 250 mg; guarana extract 100 mg (of which caffeine 50 mg); Korean ginseng extract 150 mg (of which ginsenosides 10.5 mg); magnesium 250 mg (66% NRV); vitamin B6 3.5 mg (250% NRV).

Ingredients: taurine 25.6%, beta-alanine 19.2%, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide 13.8%, caffeine anhydrous 8%, Korean Panax ginseng extract, guarana extract (Paullinia cupana, 50% caffeine), anti-caking agents magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride 0.1%; capsule: gelatine, colour E171.

Adults under 70 kg: 1 capsule about 30 minutes before exercise; over 70 kg: 2 capsules. Take with plenty of water. Do not take in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
