Olimp BCAA 20:1:1 Xplode Powder is an instant drink with crystalline, micronised branched-chain amino acids in a very leucine-rich 20:1:1 ratio, combined with L-citrulline, magnesium, zinc as Albion™ bisglycinate chelate and vitamin B6.

5 g BCAA (4.55 g leucine) and 1 g L-citrulline per serving
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per 7.2 g: BCAA 5.00 g (L-leucine 4.55 g, L-valine 0.23 g, L-isoleucine 0.23 g); L-citrulline 1.00 g; vitamin B6 0.21 mg (15% NRV); magnesium 57 mg (15%); zinc 1.5 mg (15%); sodium 23 mg.

Ingredients: branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), L-citrulline, acidity regulator citric acid, flavourings, sodium citrate, magnesium oxide, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, emulsifier soy lecithin, zinc bisglycinate (Albion™), pyridoxine hydrochloride, colours depending on flavour.

Directions

Take 1–2 servings a day – before a meal or training, after training or before sleep. Dissolve 7.2 g (1 scoop) in 200 ml of water in a shaker; drink immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
