Description
Olimp BeetNOX Shot is a 60 ml ampoule of concentrated beetroot juice (from beetroot concentrate powders) standardised to an average of 400 mg of dietary nitrate (NO3-). Beetroot is one of the richest natural food sources of nitrate and is popular with endurance and team-sport athletes.

Per ampoule (60 ml): concentrated beetroot juice 60 ml, of which nitrates (NO3-) 400 mg (standardised average).

Directions
Adults: 1 ampoule (60 ml) a day, about an hour before training. Avoid antibacterial mouthwash during this time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
