Per 9.6 g (3 scoops): beta-alanine 4800 mg; vitamin B6 2.94 mg (210% NRV); potassium phosphates 660 mg (of which potassium 289 mg, phosphorus 105 mg – 15% NRV); L-histidine HCl 240 mg (of which L-histidine 194.4 mg); sodium bicarbonate 1200 mg (of which sodium 328.4 mg).

Ingredients: beta-alanine, acidity regulators citric acid and malic acid, sodium bicarbonate, potassium phosphates, flavourings, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, L-histidine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, colours depending on flavour.

Allergens: none declared. Manufactured on a site that also handles milk, egg, soy, nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.

Adults: 1 scoop (3.2 g) in 100 ml of water 3 times a day with meals or before training. Drink immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
