Olimp Chela-Min Sport Formula Mega Caps is a multi-mineral formula with ten minerals, most of them as Albion™ amino acid chelates (bisglycinates): magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, iodine, chromium and selenium.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function; chromium to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Per capsule: magnesium 190 mg (51% NRV); calcium 100 mg (12.5%); potassium 75 mg (3.75%); zinc 15 mg (150%); iron 3 mg (21%); manganese 3 mg (150%); copper 0.5 mg (50%); iodine 150 µg (100%); chromium 150 µg (375%); selenium 75 µg (136%).

Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide, calcium bisglycinate, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, zinc bisglycinate, microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, manganese bisglycinate, sodium selenite, ferrous bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, chromium chloride, potassium iodide; capsule: gelatine, colour E132.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day after the main meal, with plenty of water. Do not combine with other mineral products containing zinc or manganese. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
