Olimp Chela-MZB Sport Formula combines magnesium and zinc as Albion™ bisglycinate amino acid chelates with vitamin B6 – a ZMA-style formula taken before sleep.

250 mg magnesium, 15 mg zinc and 4 mg vitamin B6 per capsule
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: magnesium 500 mg (133% NRV); zinc 30 mg (300% NRV); vitamin B6 8 mg (570% NRV).

Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate (Albion™), anti-caking agents magnesium oxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, zinc bisglycinate (Albion™), pyridoxine hydrochloride; capsule: gelatine.

Directions

Adults: 1–2 capsules a day about 1 hour before sleep, with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
