Description

Olimp Dextrex Juice is a flavoured drink powder based on dextrose (glucose) with taurine and magnesium, intended for use during or after intense or long-lasting training.

18.5 g carbohydrates and 1000 mg taurine per 20 g serving
Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting exercise leading to muscle fatigue (with a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, within 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after the exercise).
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.

Per 40 g (2 servings): energy 629 kJ/148 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 37 g, of which sugars 37 g; protein 0 g; salt 0 g; magnesium 75 mg (20% NRV); taurine 2000 mg.

Directions
