Per 4 capsules: beta-alanine 2200 mg; sodium bicarbonate 1300 mg (sodium 356 mg); potassium phosphates 500 mg; AAKG 400 mg; taurine 200 mg; Korean ginseng extract 200 mg; guarana extract 70.4 mg (caffeine 35.2 mg); caffeine 100 mg; cayenne pepper extract 12 mg; magnesium 150.8 mg (40% NRV); riboflavin 1.4 mg (100%); niacin 16 mg (100%); vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100%); vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100%).

Ingredients: beta-alanine, sodium bicarbonate, potassium phosphates, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, taurine, Korean Panax ginseng root extract, anti-caking agents silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, caffeine anhydrous, guarana seed extract, magnesium bisglycinate (Albion™), nicotinamide, cayenne pepper extract, cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin; capsule: gelatine.

Adults: 2–4 capsules a day about 30 minutes before exercise, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
