Olimp Gain Bolic 6000 is a weight gainer combining 80% carbohydrates (maltodextrins, dextrose) with a 15.5% protein blend of whey protein concentrate, micellar casein and ultrafiltered egg protein, plus creatine monohydrate and taurine.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting exercise leading to muscle fatigue (with a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, within 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after the exercise).

Ingredients: carbohydrate mix 80% (maltodextrins, dextrose), protein mix 15.5% (whey protein concentrate (milk), micellar casein (milk), ultrafiltered egg protein), flavourings, creatine monohydrate, taurine, thickeners gum arabic, xanthan gum and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, acidity regulators citric acid and sodium citrates, sweetener acesulfame K, emulsifier soy lecithin, colours depending on flavour.

Directions

1–2 servings a day between meals and/or about 1 hour before or after training: 100 g (2 scoops) in 170 ml of water. Weight gain is expected.
