Per 4 capsules: Kre-Alkalyn® 5000 mg, of which creatine 4400 mg; energy 84 kJ/20 kcal; protein 0.8 g; salt 0.07 g.

Directions
Adults, training days: 1–2 capsules in the morning and 1–2 before training; rest days: 1–2 capsules before breakfast. Take with plenty of water. Weight gain may occur. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
