Description

Olimp R-Weiler is the stimulant pre-workout formerly sold as RedWeiler: L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and citrulline malate ('Armageddon Pump'), beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate and tri-creatine malate ('Berserker's Performance'), plus L-tyrosine, caffeine, cayenne and black pepper extracts, niacin, vitamin B1 and B6. The dose is scaled to body weight.

Directions

Adults: 1 serving a day about 30 minutes before training – under 75 kg: 6 g in 100 ml water; 75–90 kg: 12 g in 200 ml; over 90 kg: 18 g in 300 ml. Start with the lowest dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
