Adults: 1 serving a day about 30 minutes before training – under 75 kg: 6 g (½ scoop) in 100 ml water; 75–90 kg: 12 g in 200 ml; over 90 kg: 18 g in 300 ml. Start with the lowest dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Contains caffeine (100 mg per 6 g; up to 300 mg per 18 g) – not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine; do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine a day from all sources. Not suitable for people with heart or blood pressure conditions or sensitive to caffeine.
