Per capsule: ginger extract 60 mg (gingerols 3 mg); cayenne pepper extract 45 mg (capsaicin 3.6 mg); raspberry extract 15 mg; black pepper extract 1.05 mg (piperine 1 mg); guarana extract 184 mg; citrus fruit extract 150 mg; cocoa extract 70 mg (theobromine 16.8 mg); caffeine (anhydrous and from guarana) 125 mg; vitamin C 40 mg (50% NRV); niacin 16 mg (100% NRV).

Ingredients: guarana seed extract, extract of citrus fruits and guarana seeds (Citrus sinensis, Citrus paradisi/grandis, Citrus × aurantium, Paullinia cupana), cacao bean extract, microcrystalline cellulose, ginger rhizome extract, cayenne pepper fruit extract, L-ascorbic acid, caffeine, nicotinamide, raspberry fruit extract, anti-caking agents magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, black pepper fruit extract; capsule: gelatine.

Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day after meals, with plenty of water. Do not take before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
