Olimp Vita-Min Multiple Sport 40+ is a two-capsule daily system for active adults over 40. The VITA-PLEX Sport 40+ capsule contains 13 vitamins (including vitamin K2 and PureWay-C® vitamin C) with saw palmetto fruit extract and KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract; the CHELA-MIN Sport 40+ capsule contains ten minerals, mostly as Albion™ chelates.

Vitamins D and K, calcium and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
B vitamins and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

CHELA-MIN Sport 40+ capsule: magnesium 190 mg (51%); calcium 100 mg (12.5%); potassium 75 mg; zinc 15 mg (150%); iron 3 mg (21%); manganese 1.8 mg (90%); copper 0.5 mg (50%); iodine 150 µg (100%); chromium 150 µg (375%); selenium 75 µg (136%).

Directions

Adults: 1 VITA-PLEX and 1 CHELA-MIN capsule once a day after the main meal, with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
