Description

Olimp Vita-Min Multiple Sport Effervescent is a citrus-flavoured effervescent tablet with 12 vitamins and minerals including magnesium, calcium, zinc and iron as Albion™ chelates, copper, selenium, iodine and boron. One tablet dissolved in water makes a fizzy drink.

B vitamins and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins C, D, B6, B12, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Per tablet: thiamine 3.3 mg (300% NRV); riboflavin 4.2 mg (300%); niacin 32 mg (200%); pantothenic acid 6 mg (100%); vitamin B6 3.5 mg (250%); biotin 50 µg (100%); folic acid 200 µg (100%); vitamin B12 5 µg (200%); vitamin C 80 mg (100%); vitamin D 20 µg (400%); vitamin E 30 mg (250%); calcium 120 mg (15%); magnesium 56.3 mg (15%); zinc 6.5 mg (65%); copper 1 mg (100%); selenium 45 µg (82%); iron 2.1 mg (15%); iodine 100 µg (67%); boron 0.5 mg.

Ingredients: acidity regulator citric acid, bulking agent sorbitols, acidity regulator sodium carbonates, calcium carbonate, flavourings, magnesium oxide, magnesium bisglycinate, calcium bisglycinate, zinc gluconate, zinc bisglycinate, ferrous bisglycinate, ferric pyrophosphate, cupric gluconate, potassium iodide, stabiliser polyethylene glycol, vitamins, sodium selenite, boric acid, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet a day dissolved in 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
