Osavi Collagen I & III + MCT combines 15 g of hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides (types I and III) with 3.2 g of MCT oil powder rich in caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) acids, flavoured with natural coconut flavouring. Mixes into coffee, smoothies or water.

Hydrolysed collagen peptides type I & III 15000 mg; MCT oil 3200 mg, providing caprylic acid (C8:0) 1600 mg and capric acid (C10:0) 1100 mg. Amino acids per serving include glycine 2.98 g, proline 1.70 g, hydroxyproline 1.61 g, glutamic acid 1.38 g, alanine 1.16 g, arginine 0.99 g, aspartic acid 0.78 g, lysine 0.49 g.
