Description

Osavi Fenugreek 550 mg contains a 4:1 extract of fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum) standardised to at least 20% saponins; 550 mg of extract is obtained from 2200 mg of seeds. Fenugreek is a spice and traditional herb of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine.

Ingredients

Per capsule: fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum, DER 4:1) 550 mg, standardised to min. 20% saponins (110 mg).

Other ingredients: inulin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).

Allergens: none (fenugreek is a legume – possible cross-reactivity with peanut).

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
