Osavi Liposomal Magnesium provides magnesium citrate in liposomal form (Liposovit®-Mg). Liposovit® is a liposomal form in which the active ingredient is enclosed in phospholipids from sunflower lecithin.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Ingredients

Per 4 capsules: Liposovit®-Mg (liposomal magnesium citrate), providing magnesium 375 mg (100% NRV).

Ingredients: Liposovit®-Mg (magnesium citrate, maltodextrin, carrier: glycerol, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin phospholipids), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), inulin.

Allergens: none.

Directions

Adults: 4 capsules a day after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
