Description

Osavi Liposomal Vitamin B12 provides methylcobalamin – a naturally occurring active form of vitamin B12 – in liposomal form (Liposovit®-B12). Liposovit® is a liposomal form in which the active ingredient is enclosed in phospholipids from sunflower lecithin. Especially relevant for vegans and vegetarians, as B12 occurs mainly in animal foods.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and immune system.

Ingredients

Per capsule: Liposovit®-B12 (liposomal vitamin B12), providing vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 100 µg (4000% NRV).

Ingredients: inulin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), Liposovit®-B12 (maltodextrin, methylcobalamin, carrier: glycerol, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin phospholipids).

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
