Description

Osavi Omega 3-6-9 Flaxseed Oil provides cold-pressed linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum) – a plant source of the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), along with omega-6 linoleic acid and omega-9 oleic acid.

ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA).
500 mg ALA per softgel

Ingredients

Per softgel: cold-pressed flaxseed oil 1000 mg, providing omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) min. 500 mg, omega-6 linoleic acid (LA) min. 110 mg, omega-9 oleic acid (OA) min. 110 mg.

Other ingredients: softgel shell (bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water).

Allergens: none.

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel a day after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
