Description

OstroVit 5-HTP VEGE combines Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract standardised to 25% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) with free-form L-tryptophan and vitamin B6 in its active form, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate. 5-HTP is an intermediate formed in the body from the amino acid tryptophan.

Ingredients

Per capsule: 5-hydroxytryptophan (from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract, 25% 5-HTP) 65 mg; L-tryptophan 100 mg; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 1.4 mg (100% NRV).

Other ingredients: vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), inulin.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
