Description

OstroVit A-AKG is a powdered L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate – a compound of the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, an intermediate of the citric acid (Krebs) cycle. It is commonly used by athletes as part of a pre-workout routine. The pure (natural) version has a naturally bitter taste; mixing it with juice helps.

Per serving (4.5 g, natural): L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 4500 mg, of which L-arginine 2970 mg.

Ingredients (natural): 100% L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate. Flavoured versions: L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).

Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Directions

Adults: dissolve 1 serving (natural 4.5 g = ¾ scoop; flavoured 5 g = 1 scoop) in 100–150 ml of water or juice and take 30 minutes before training, on training days only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
