Description

OstroVit ADEK provides the four fat-soluble vitamins in one small tablet: vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lanolin), vitamin E and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) from natto.

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and vision and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients

Per tablet: vitamin A (retinyl acetate) 800 µg (100% NRV); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 50 µg / 2000 IU (1000% NRV); vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 12 mg (100% NRV); vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) 75 µg (100% NRV).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, silicon dioxide.

Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet a day, preferably after a meal. Consider a 25(OH)D blood test before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if you are taking anticoagulants (vitamin K antagonists such as warfarin or acenocoumarol). Contains vitamin A – do not use during pregnancy or in addition to other vitamin A supplements. Intended for healthy adults under 75.
