Description

OstroVit BCAA Instant is an instantised powder of the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine, which dissolves easily in water. Flavoured and sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K, with no added sugar.

Directions

Mix 10 g (1.5 scoops) with 100–150 ml of water or juice. Training days: 1 serving before or after training; rest days: 1 serving after waking. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
