Description
OstroVit Biotin Plus combines biotin (vitamin B7) with zinc picolinate, L-selenomethionine and folic acid in one small tablet.
- Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and mucous membranes and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal protein synthesis and to the maintenance of normal hair, nails, skin and bones.
- Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Folate contributes to normal blood formation and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per tablet: biotin 2500 µg (5000% NRV); zinc (picolinate) 15 mg (150% NRV); selenium (L-selenomethionine) 100 µg (182% NRV); folic acid 800 µg (400% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
