Description
OstroVit Copper Bisglycinate provides copper chelated with the amino acid glycine (copper diglycinate). No colours or preservatives.
- Copper contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal iron transport, normal hair and skin pigmentation, the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Per capsule: copper (bisglycinate) 2 mg (200% NRV).
Other ingredients: inulin, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
