OstroVit Creatine Plus combines micronised (200 mesh) creatine monohydrate with magnesium citrate, zinc picolinate, pantothenic acid and vitamin B6 (P-5-P). Unflavoured and unsweetened.
- Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per serving (4 g): creatine monohydrate 3400 mg, of which creatine 3000 mg; magnesium 56.25 mg (15% NRV); zinc 10 mg (100% NRV); pantothenic acid 6 mg (100% NRV); vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% NRV).

Directions
Mix 4 g (1 scoop) with 150 ml of water once a day – after waking or after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
