Ingredients: BCAA (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, emulsifier: lecithins), acidity regulator (citric acid), potassium citrate, L-lysine hydrochloride, flavourings, L-glutamine, calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, sodium chloride, L-tyrosine, isomalt, L-arginine, L-histidine, beetroot juice powder, L-tryptophan, L-methionine, L-cysteine hydrochloride, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Dissolve 12 g (2 level scoops) in 200 ml of water. Training days: 1 serving before a meal or training and 1 after training; rest days: 1 serving between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
