Description

OstroVit Energy Gel 40 is a ready-to-eat carbohydrate gel for use before or during endurance training and competition. Each 66 g sachet delivers 40 g of carbohydrates from a glucose and fructose blend, plus electrolytes (sodium, potassium and magnesium citrates) – no mixing or drinking needed.

Ingredients

Per sachet (66 g): energy 680 kJ / 160 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrates 40 g, of which sugars 40 g; protein 0 g; salt 0.63 g.

Ingredients: water, glucose, fructose, sodium citrates, acidity regulator (citric acid), potassium citrates, magnesium salts of citric acid, sodium chloride, flavouring, gelling agent (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Directions

Adults: 1 sachet before or during physical activity; during intensive exercise up to 2–3 sachets per hour. Drink water as needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
