OstroVit L-Carnitine 1250 mg provides L-carnitine L-tartrate, a well-absorbed form of L-carnitine – a compound the body makes from the amino acids lysine and methionine and which occurs mainly in red meat and dairy.

Per capsule: L-carnitine L-tartrate 1250 mg, of which L-carnitine 840 mg.
Ingredients: L-carnitine L-tartrate, capsule shell (gelatin, water), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
